Level:  Some experience with seed beads, including peyote stitch

Time and Cost:  Sunday August 12, 1:30-4:30pm; $36

Description:  Learn to make this colorful, fun bracelet.   You will enjoy putting together a rainbow of beads in various sizes.  Much easier than it looks!   In this class you will learn:

- How to make the undulating style of peyote stitch

- How to change your bead size in “mid-stream”

- How to finish your bracelet with clasp or button

Materials needed:  Please bring these materials OR make your selections BEFORE class starts!  Instructor will be available a half hour before class if you need help in selecting materials:

o A selection of seed beads in similar or coordinating colors.  For example:

o Size 15 seed beads

o Size 11s round seed beads

o Size 11 Delicas

o Size 8 seed beads

o 2mm or 3mm firepolish beads

o Clasp or button of your choice

o Beading thread of your choice such as Fireline 4 or 6 lb. test, Nymo, Silamide, KO, 1G, etc.

o Beading needles (size 11 or 12)

Basic tools will be provided in class (thread scissors, thread burner if desired, beading awl, chain nose pliers) or you can bring your own.
